Notification regarding emergency repairs -
If you are reporting an issue which you deem to be an emergency and this issue has occurred out of office hours, please take the appropriate action. We will make contact with you as soon as the office re-opens to discuss the issue.
This includes any maintenance issues that could potentially cause injury, serious property damage, or a threat to health and safety.
Please be aware that if you instruct a contractor to attend to an issue which is not considered to be an emergency, you will not be reimbursed for any call out charges or other costs.
During the Christmas period, we will be closed from 22nd December at 12pm and will re-open on 2nd January at 9.30am. We will respond to all urgent maintenance issues between 27th and 29th December but any routine repairs will be dealt with when the office re-opens in January. Any emergency issues which occur out of hours and outside of the dates referred to above, should be dealt with as per the terms of your AST. Please report these issues through Fixflo and advise what action you have taken.
We will monitor e-mails between over the festive period, so if you do need to contact a member of the team regarding maintenance, please report through FixFlo as normal.
